Sign Your Documents Electronically For Your Apostille.

Secure, digital apostilles for eligible documents. We verify acceptance for your destination and deliver a signed, verifiable file—fast.

Eligibility at a glance

Destination acceptance

The destination country is a Hague member and accepts electronic apostilles.

Verifiable digital file

Your PDF has a verifiable digital signature or can be validated with the issuer.

Proper notarization

We arrange RON or a compliant digital certificate when notarization is required.

If e‑apostille isn’t accepted

We pivot to a paper apostille with the same intake—no extra hassle for you.

Not sure if you qualify? Send a sample PDF—we’ll confirm eligibility in minutes.

How it work

Send your file and destination country.
Upload a sample PDF (or share a secure link) and tell us where the document will be used. No originals needed at this stage

We confirm eligibility before you pay.
We verify two things: that the destination is a Hague country and accepts e‑apostilles, and that your PDF can be validated (digital signature or issuer verification). If it doesn’t qualify, we’ll switch you to a paper apostille path right away.

Prepare and notarize if required.
If notarization is needed, we arrange a compliant Remote Online Notarization (Texas‑commissioned) or a digital certificate. We make sure names, seals, and certificates meet the receiving authority’s rules.

Filing and secure digital delivery.
We submit to the correct authority and deliver a digitally signed apostille file with simple validation instructions. If your recipient prefers paper, we can also print and ship a certified copy.
