  • Your document(s) complete but unsigned

  • Any instructions from the receiving agency

  • Names that match your IDs (bring proof of name change if applicable)

  • Witnesses if required (we can provide with notice)

  • Payment method for fees (card/online)

We can’t notarize pre‑signed or incomplete documents, or if a signer isn’t willing/aware.

  • No photocopies or photos of IDs on a phone

  • All signers must appear in person

  • If your ID name differs, bring supporting proof (e.g., marriage certificate)
